Understanding Sacred Geometry in Healing
Sacred Geometry is a framework of mathematical shapes and patterns that exists throughout nature and can be used to understand the interconnectedness of health and well-being.
From the smallest of organisms to the vastness of the cosmos, nature exhibits a repetition of shapes, structures, and patterns. These geometric archetypes, known as Sacred Geometry, are found in chemistry, physics, mathematics, physiology, and even in art and music.
As an energy healer specializing in Sacred Geometry, I use these patterns to support balanced health and well-being. Each shape holds a specific energy or vibration, and by surrounding oneself with these sacred shapes, one can create space for rebalancing and healing that is in tune with the vibrations of the natural world.
The foundational shapes of Sacred Geometry are considered building blocks for more complex and intricate shapes and patterns. They include the triangle, circle, square, and spiral. When these shapes repeat in a sequence, they form more intricate shapes and patterns, including multidimensional objects. The Fibonacci Sequence, a repeating sequence of numbers that forms a spiral pattern, appears in numerous biological objects.
The human body, too, exhibits Sacred Geometry. From the DNA spiral to the pattern of muscle contractions, the body is built upon these shapes and patterns. When all physiological systems and structures are in proper alignment and balance, the body functions optimally, becoming more efficient, resilient, and powerful. The body's innate power to heal is more accessible.
As an energy healer, I use Sacred Geometry as a mindfulness tool in many different ways but most effectively in animals, nature, sound, DNA, and ancestral applications.
