I will share an in-take questionnaire that will help me prepare for our time together. The questions will help me understand your intentions, goals and outcomes you would like to receive from our session(s). In addition, to prepare for a healing session, it is important to come with an open mind and heart. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook and pen to record any insights or experiences after the session. If we are having a Zoom or Phone session, make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable space free from distractions.

After you have shared the in-take form, we will have a 15-30 minute preparation call either over Zoom or phone the day before so we can both have clarity and focus on your goals.
For our one hour session, either on Zoom or in person, the first 10-15 minutes we will have an organic, open and honest dialogue centered around your root emotions and intentions, past or present trauma, and revisit and confirm your goals for our time together. I will get permission from you to enter your energy field. From there, I will guide you in a deep breath work meditation to bring you into the Theta state of mind. Once you are in a relaxed state of mind, I will open up my divine channels to connect to source energy and guide you through the healing process.
Sharing stories about the root emotions that led you to seek healing helps us understand the purpose of your healing journey.

While every human being will experience the energy healing sessions differently. Everyone can expect to feel a deep sense of love, comfort, security, and possibly blissful energy sensations. You may visualize shapes and colors, and perhaps have conscious dreams. It may feel surreal or just simply feel light and relaxed.
Others may experience subtle feelings of warmth, tingling, vibrations, and a natural grounded focused presence.
When you are in a state of meditation, peace, deep relaxation this indicates that the healing work has been received, enabling you to move through your day without getting stuck in old traumas or negative thought patterns.

Self care is important to maintain the work we have done together. With the tools I provide, you will need to devote time to practice balance and bring inspiring thoughts into your everyday life. After our session pay attention to how you feel in your body and move through your day with love, curiosity and humility. Journal your habits that influence your daily life. Start your day with gratitude for love-based living. This involves embodying unconditional love for all. This helps you maintain a high-frequency energy field while assisting you in letting go of pain and suffering.
This can be overwhelming to get started on your own if you have a lot of heavy emotions or trauma. This is where multiple coaching and healing sessions may help.
In subsequent coaching and session work I can help unlock entangled emotions in your DNA from ancestral trauma and its impact on your current energy field to enable you to heal yourself in the future. This helps you move through old traumas and negative thought patterns more easily and allows you to choose a different path and move forward from past suffering.
